I have been a business owner, luxury home builder and entrepreneur in Charlotte for the last 20 years, always learning about the ever changing real estate market. My client's needs and desires are my sole focus during even the toughest negotiations. I am an expert advisor and negotiatior on their behalf, always looking for the best terms in all transactions. My focus is on the city of Charlotte and its metro area. I have been a broker for 15+ years and have watched the explosive development of the city and how it changed over the years. This gives me a solid basis from which to adjust to any fluctuation.
Originally from Germany, I studied at Eberhard-Karls Universität, Tübingen, Germany and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. (Majoring in Chemistry)
I am bilingual in German and English.
Working with Moody’s Investors Service (first as translator/analyst and then as Associate Director/Sales) early on in my career has given me a solid understanding of finances and marketing.
In addition, my background in research makes makes me ideally suited for American and international clients interested in investing in residential and commercial real estate in the Carolinas.
